This website is owned and operated by Level Up Gaming Bus Limited. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Gaming Van Hire. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
It is the responsibility of the person booking Level Up Gaming to ensure all persons using our services act in a polite manner and look after any equipment handled. Any person(s) acting inappropriately or being rude/offensive to Level Up Gaming staff will be asked to leave the Gaming Van immediately, any continuation of this behaviour could lead to instant cancellation of the booking with no warning and/or no refund.
At least 1 non-staff responsible adult is to be present at the Gaming Van at any one time due to Health & Safety
All Level Up Gaming staff have a clear DBS check.
All Level Up Gaming staff have Food Safety and Hygiene at Level 2 standard.
Any equipment damaged as a result of misconduct or misuse is chargeable to the initial individual that booked.
When buying a service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full services offered before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a service when you commit to buying a service and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing is available on the payments page.
For any cancellations that have more than 14 days left before the booking date you will receive a full refund no quibble. If a party cannot go ahead due to government Covid lockdown retrictions then a a full refund is available, Cancellations for any other reason within 14 days of the booking date no refund will be given.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Level Up Gaming, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.
Before entering the Gaming Van Everybody MUST use the provided hand sanitizer, Facemasks are available to anyone that may require them.
Although every effort is made to arrive 10-20 minutes before your arrange booking time - sometimes traffic may prevent this from happening, traffic is unpredictable and could delay the Gaming Van at any time, should this happen every effort will be given to make sure you get your full booking time, if all else fails a part/full refund will be given based on time lost.
Although every effort is made to make sure all games are up to date and operational at the time The Gaming Van leaves our based at in Lincoln, sometimes game updates can be released at any time and therefore maye need updating again when we arrive, this could take some time, we still have to rely on Internet and the services of Xbox Live and PS Live being up in order to carry out the parties, if all else fails a part/full refund will be given based on time lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Level Up Gaming assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from access to your property; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our service.
By booking you agree that everyone entering the Van are ok with loud music and flashing lights, You will be asked again before the party starts about this, you will also be asked about what age rating content is allowed at your party, however - it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure any person(s) do not access content above their legal age unless you agree.
